Charlotte-DeSoto Building Industry Association

The Charlotte-DeSoto Building Industry Association (Charlotte-DeSoto BIA) is a non-profit professional organization consisting of individuals who care about their community and believe that home ownership should be within reach of every American.  They believe that homes and buildings should be well-designed, well-constructed and well-located in attractive communities where educational, recreational, religious and shopping facilities are available to all.

The over 600 Charlotte-DeSoto BIA members believe that high standards of health, safety, and sanitation shall be built into every home.  The construction industry is said to account for over 25% of the workforce in this area.

Association members come from all types of businesses including home builders from both large and small companies, architects, engineers, subcontractors, financial institutions, manufacturers, suppliers and marketing professionals.

The Charlotte-Desoto BIA is affiliated with both the Florida Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. We also support a strong Future Builders of America program locally.
